Our Move-Out Cleaning is designed for empty or near-empty homes that need to be restored to a clean, presentable condition before handing keys over to a landlord, buyer, or new resident. This service focuses on deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces to help meet most leasing and move-out requirements.

(Move-In Cleaning uses the same checklist — perfect before bringing belongings into a new space.)

Important Requirements

To avoid extra time or pricing changes, the home should be:

• Mostly empty or decluttered
• Boxes and personal belongings removed from cleaning areas
• Utilities on (water & electricity)
• No heavy renovation debris or biohazards

If the home is furnished or hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, a Deep Cleaning or custom quote may be recommended.
